Our Mission
United Chaos is an Ohio-based nonprofit organization of volunteer charity cosplayers, costume designers, and prop builders united by a shared mission: to inspire, support, and uplift our community through the power of cosplay.
Founded in 2021, United Chaos has grown to more than 30 volunteers with over 100 characters represented across movies, television, comics, video games, animation, and more. Our members volunteer their time, talents, and costumes to bring memorable character experiences to communities throughout Ohio and surrounding areas.
We believe cosplay is more than dressing up. A smile, a photo, a laugh, an encouraging word, or simply seeing a favorite character can make a meaningful difference in someone's day. Whether we're visiting a hospital patient, cheering on a charity walk participant, helping at a community festival, or giving children an opportunity to meet their favorite hero, our goal is always the same: create moments that people remember.
Our History
Founded in 2021, United Chaos began as a passionate group of costumers with a simple goal: to use their love of cosplay to give back to their community. What started as a small group has grown to more than 30 members representing over 100 characters—from heroes and villains to video game characters, princesses, and iconic creatures from galaxies far away.
Over the years, United Chaos has had the privilege of working with hospitals, charities, schools, libraries, first responders, community organizations, and fundraisers throughout Ohio and beyond. Whether in costume or behind the scenes, our volunteers bring their time, creativity, and a little bit of chaos wherever they're needed.
Today, United Chaos continues to grow while staying true to where it all began: bringing people together, creating unforgettable moments, and giving back to the communities we call home.
